Premier Inc. decided to move our MSP (Managed Service Provider) program in-house. We wanted to react dynamically to business challenges and have more control over our contingent workforce strategy to ensure our business culture and company goals remained in focus.  This was a complex transition with aggressive timeline (10 weeks -  go live Jan. 1) and included new invoicing process, ops team design and payrolling provider, with several VMS process flow changes.  Gallagher's seasoned approach was crucial in the successful launch of Premier's Internal Contingent Workforce Management Program (CWMP) and we are pleased with the outcome.
